Our staff has extensive emergency care experience, they are sensitive to the needs of diverse age groups and especially attentive to the concerns of the elderly and children. We hand picked all our staff to ensure they are knowledgeable, caring, and professional in all aspects of their jobs. Due to our diversified staff at Briggs Chaney Walk-in Clinic, we are able to communicate with patients that speak English, Spanish, Farsi, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Marathi, Telugu, Lgbo, Ga, Twi and Bengali.
Dr. Ross Nassiri graduated from the University of Missouri with a bachelors of Science in Engineering. He then attended Ross University, school of Medicine and obtained his MD degree in 2001. Dr. Nassiri completed his residency training at the University of Rochester in NY and is board certified in Family Medicine. He has vast experience in Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care and Family Medicine. Dr. Nassiri is a Certified Medical Examiner for the U.S. Department of Transportation and a Designated Civil Surgeon for the USCIS. He is also an Assistant Clinical Professor at Georgetown University School of Medicine teaching 3rd and 4th year medical students.
Arinze Bosah, PA-C is a native of Nigeria and migrated to the DMV area at an early age. He completed his medical training in 2011, and has been in practice since then. Mr. Bosah is board certified with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistant, is a fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and is licensed to practice medicine in Maryland, and District of Columbia. He is experienced in Urgent care medicine, family medicine, internal medicine and hospital medicine. He joined the Briggs Chaney Clinic in August, 2012. Mr. Bosah enjoys spending time with his friends & family, running, and reading at his spare time. He is fluent in Igbo language. He is pleased to meet you and participate in your care.
Paul Barlow, DC is originally from Rhode Island, Massachusetts. He received his bachelors in Medical Laboratory Science from Northeastern University then went on to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic which he graduated from in 1985. Upon graduation, Dr. Barlow moved to the DC Metropolitan area and has been here ever since. Dr. Barlow owns and operates his own clinic in Columbia, MD and works for Briggs Chaney Physical therapy division on a Part-time basis. We are happy to have him and welcome his many years of experience.
Paula has worked as Office Manger/Marketing Director at Briggs Chaney since February 2013. She comes with 14 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry with extensive experience in sales and marketing, government contracts, proposal preparation, client services, project management, cost analysis and human resources. When Paula is not working you will find her spending time with her two children, friends and family.

Adelaide - has worked as a Medical Assistant for Briggs Chaney Walk-In Clinic since 2011. She is also Certified in Drug Specimen Collection and BAT. Adelaide recently graduated from PG Community College with her Associates degree and will be attending a 4 year University in the spring to complete her Bachelor in Science & Nursing degree. When she is not working or studying she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is fluent in Ga and Twi.
Ana - came to Briggs Chaney as an extern from MedTech in February 2014 and was hired in April 2014. She has shown that with her willingness to learn and her attention to detail has made her a great addition to our MA team. Ana also works as a Shift Supervisor for CVS Pharmacy on her days off. When she isn’t working she enjoys time with her loving husband and family. Ana is fluent in Spanish.
Desi - has been with Briggs Chaney since November 2013. She comes with several years of experience in Customer Service and Practice Management/Physicians Billing. She received her degree from PG Community College for Medical Billing in 2005, then went to Sanz College for Health Information Technology in 2007. She later continued her education by attending Tesst College (Kaplan University) for her degree in Medical Billing Specialist and completed with high honors in May 2014. Desi has proven to work well under pressure and always gets the job done. On her days off, Desi enjoys spending time with her nieces, nephews and her loving husband Phillip.
Ellen - joined Briggs Chaney Walk-In Clinic in December 2013. She received her Associate in Applied Science, Radiological Technologist (RT) in May 2013. Ellen has gained much of her experience by working in Hospitals, Medical Centers & Diagnostic facilities. Ellen is originally from India and has lived in the US for 8+ years. She has a hunger to learn and continues to expand her knowledge by taking courses at Montgomery College. Another thing Ellen is passionate about is her cooking. When she isn’t working or going to school you will usually find her in the kitchen cooking up an amazing meal. Ellen is fluent in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, and Marathi.
Frencesca – Joined Briggs Chaney on September 2014. She comes with many years of experience working in the healthcare industry. Prior to working for Briggs Chaney, she worked as a Medical Assistant in an adult daycare facility located in Silver Spring. She recently decided she wanted to make a career change and came to work for us as a Front Desk Receptionist. Frencesca comes with a very positive attitude and eagerness to learn all there about her new position.
Heddy - Has been with Briggs Chaney Walk-In Clinic for over 15+ years. She grew up and currently resides in the Silver Spring area with her husband and two children. She is a devoted mother, wife and Briggs Chaney employee. Heddy is very passionate about helping people and therefore finds great comfort in helping our patients get the medical care they need. Heddy is fluent in Spanish and is always willing to help with translation or interpretation.
Leticia – Started as an extern from Med Tech Institute in 2013 as a Medical Assistant. While doing her internship, Leticia was asked to help our Front Desk staff on numerous occasions and quickly realized that working in the Front was where she was meant to be. She was hired as our Front Desk Receptionist in June of 2014. Leticia also helps out when needed as a Medical Assistant when needed. She really enjoys working with our diversified clientele and takes much pride in her work. Leticia is fluent in Ga, and Twi.
Maggie - has worked at Briggs Chaney since February 2011. She has over 20+ years of experience in Accounting/Billing practices. Maggie specializes in our Corporate Clients, EOB’s, Physical Therapy and Medical Records. She is also always willing to help answer questions about patient account and balances when needed. In her free time, Maggie loves to do floral arrangements for weddings/special occasions as well as spend time with her loving family.
Nasrin - recently joined the Briggs Chaney team in September 2014, after volunteering for several months. Nasrin has proven she is great working with people and really enjoys helping get patients back to good health. In her free time, Nasrin enjoys shopping and spending time with her friends. Nasrin is fluent in Bengali.
